When you use the enquiry or quote form on this website, you give us your:

• name
• business name
• email address
• phone number
• location
• the packaging you are interested in
• an indication of the volumes you need
• any message or specification you type in

If we go on to supply you, we will also hold the details needed for an order: delivery address, invoice and payment records, and the specification of what we made for you.

Almost all of the personal information we hold is given to us directly, through the enquiry form on this site, by email, by phone, or in a conversation with one of our team. We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect your information from other businesses.

We use your information to:

• answer your enquiry and send you a quote
• produce, price and deliver packaging you have ordered
• keep a record of what we quoted and supplied, so a reorder matches the last order
• tell you about a change that affects an order you have with us
• meet our accounting and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make marketing decisions about you.

We only pass your details on where it is needed to do the job you asked for. That may include a freight or courier company for a delivery, a bank or payment provider for an invoice, and our accountant for our own records. Each of those parties is expected to handle your information only for that purpose.

Enquiry details are stored in a database hosted in a cloud service, and in our email and accounting systems. We keep access limited to the people in our business who need it to answer you or fulfil an order.

We keep an enquiry that did not become an order for as long as it is useful to come back to, and then remove it. Once you are a customer we keep order and invoice records for the period Australian tax and company law requires. If you ask us to remove your details and there is no legal reason to keep them, we will.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date. Ask through any of the contact details on this page and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you think we have handled your information unfairly, tell us first — you can also raise a concern with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics services or social media pixels, and it does not build a profile of how you browse. The only thing the site remembers in your browser is a preference you set yourself, such as whether a panel is open.
