Four questions before a quote
What goes in it? Hot or cold, wet or dry, fatty or acidic. Those four things decide the board grade, the lining and whether plastic is doing real work.
How long does it sit? A pack that goes from the kitchen to a table in twenty minutes and a pack that sits in a chiller for a fortnight are different briefs.
How does it travel? Courier drops, delivery riders, shelf stacking, a sealing line at speed. The pack has to survive the journey, not just look right in the photo.
How many, how often? Volume decides whether stocked, printed stock or tooled custom is the cheaper answer. Often it isn't what people expect.

The right container depends on the fill, the shelf life and how it reaches the customer. We start there, not with what we happen to have in the warehouse.
Materials declared, every run
Food-contact declarations come with the order. No guessing at what a board or film is actually made of.
Plastic only where it earns its place
Compostable bagasse, kraft and PLA where they perform. Rigid plastic only where a barrier or a cold chain genuinely needs it.
